2017年4月26日から28日、東京で開催予定のライセンス国際見本市「ライセンシングエキスポ ジャパン」におきまして、LIMA会員専用ラウンジをご用意いたします。LIMA会員の方は、無料で利用できます。

ガイドライン

• LIMA会員は、１回30分を１単位として、1日1回まで予約ができます。
• テーブルを予約すると、LIMA会員がその場にいる必要があります。クライント用のテーブルを予約することはできません。
• 予約は、先着順で受け付けます。
• テーブルの制限時間は30分です。LIMAのスタッフが管理をいたします。制限時間は厳守してください。
• 予約時間を５分以上すぎた場合、他の方にテーブルをお譲りする場合がありますのでご容赦ください。
• 会期中、テーブルに空きがある場合は、その場で予約ができますので、ミーティングテーブルが必要な方はブース受付でご確認ください。
• オンライン予約は4月21日17:00で受付を終了いたします。それ以降は会期中、現地で空いている時間を確認して予約してください。
• テーブルの数には限りがあります。ご希望の時間帯をお取り出来ない場合がございますので、お早めにご予約ください。

• 26日（水）Wednesday 26th April 2017: 10.00  – 17.30
• 27日（木）Thursday 27th April 2017: 10.00  – 17.30
• 28日（金）Friday 28th April 2017: 10.00  – 16.30

LIMA Member Lounge @ Licensing Expo Japan – Book Your Meeting!

As a benefit to our members, LIMA will once again offer a meeting area, The LIMA Member Meeting Lounge (booth #D-30) , on the show floor at Licensing Expo Japan on April 26-28. Table space is limited and may be reserved in advance for those members wishing to hold a meeting during show hours.

GUIDELINES

The following procedures apply to LIMA member reservations:

• Due to high demand, each LIMA member company may make ONE reservation per day (no exceptions).
• The LIMA Member who reserved the table MUST be present at the scheduled time – you cannot reserve a table for a client unless you are in attendance at the meeting.
• Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Time limit at the tables is 30 minutes and will be regulated by a LIMA staff member. Please adhere to this time limit so as many members have access to the meeting space as possible.
• We ask that you cooperate courteously with LIMA staff members and temps when they inform you that your time is up.
• There will be a 5 minute grace period for all reservations, after which the time slot will be forfeited and re-assigned to another member requiring space on a walk-in/as needed basis.
• Walk-up reservations will be accepted for LIMA Members during Licensing Expo Japan, subject to space availability.

MEETING TIMES

Meetings may be booked on the hour and half hour only:

• Wednesday 26th April 2017: 10.00- 17.30
• Thursday 27th April 2017: 10.00 – 17.30
• Friday 28th April 2017: 10.00 – 16.30

The LIMA Booth and Member Meeting Lounge is located at #D-30.

REQUEST A RESERVATION

To request a reservation, please fill in the reservation form below.

• Time of meeting requested – please make sure times are listed in Japan Standard Time (JST)

Only reservations sent via email by Wednesday, April 21 at 5:00pm JST will be accommodated.  Telephone reservations will not be accepted. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation regarding the meeting space and reservation system. See you in Tokyo!
